In the Stand and Deliver Bootcamp, Dino will be teaching his highly effective, 3-Part “YES” Speaking Formula to the general public for the first time, teaching you the art and science of Your Communication Skills, advanced Experiential Teaching Techniques , and Stagecraft Secrets he has only shared with private coaching clients who pay Dino $10,000 to $25,000 to work with him.
Day 1:
“You” and Your Communication Skills
On Day 1, Dino will teach you techniques to make a deep and lasting impact on audiences. Average speakers make audiences remember how they feel. Top speakers make audiences remember and apply what they say to create true transformations. Throughout the day you'll learn:
How to set up the room for maximum audience transformation
How audiences learn best and how you can craft the way you share stories to get attendees to take action
How to hone your messaging and delivery to actually create retention in the audience and transformation in their lives
How to control the energy of the room, including advanced verbal and storytelling strategies to create an emotional rollercoaster for the audience
Use movement on stage to further enhance the stickiness of your message
How to convert from the stage like a pro
After Day 1, you will know how to become a speaker who delivers much more than good vibes and positive emotions. You’ll know how to deliver a message in a way that makes you a sought-after speaker to event planners and corporations. You’ll get more buy-in and commitment from audiences and get them to take action on your message when they leave the room.
Day 2:
Experiential Teaching Techniques
On Day 2, Dino will share the science of effective speaking using his proprietary “Experiential Teaching” techniques that helps you hold the audience’s attention from your first step on stage until your inevitable standing ovation. Throughout the day you'll learn how to:
Make your message memorable using advanced delivery methods top trainers use.
Engage your audience with a variety of effective pattern interrupts to keep their mind focused.
Build rapport and create massive energy in any room.
Facilitate active learning and retention of information.
Never lose your audience’s attention or get it back if you momentarily lose them
Handle disruptions, hecklers, or any other way things can go sideways on stage.
After Day 2, you will understand the science of speaking to create true learning. You’ll be able to deliver in a way that keeps audiences interested (and keeps their phones in their pockets) so they can focus on you and your message throughout your time at the front of the room.
Day 3:
Stagecraft Secrets
On Day 3, Dino will walk you through the art of creating and delivering a high-value speech. Throughout the day you'll learn exactly how to:
Identify your “Unique Stage Presence,” or USP, so you can be your authentic self on stage. Way too many leaders and speakers are trained to mimic a mentor’s mannerism or stage presence. That doesn’t work.
Set the stage for your entire speech in the first 3 to 5 minutes. In just a few minutes you can get everyone in the room to put away their phone and give you their full attention.
Use body language to amplify your message, increase your impact, and build trust with audiences. Not even the best speaker can overcome poor body language.
Be more confident on stage. Audiences won’t believe you if you don’t seem to believe yourself.
Build authority and command attention. Learn how to make sure every eyeball in the room is locked on you.
After Day 3, you will have the final piece of the puzzle to lift you to the top of the public speaking business, mastering simple but advanced nonverbal communication that allows you to be yourself while building deep trust with audience members and avoiding common body language mistakes that subconsciously breaks trust with audiences.
Combined with what you learn on Days 1 and 2, you’ll know exactly what it takes to create and deliver authentic and engaging messages to rise to become one of the best speakers in the business.
